Advertising in American Journal of Physiology – Endocrinology and Metabolism

    Material Requirements:

    Negatives: Right reading emulsion side down.
    Screen: 150 line.
    Black & White: Screen film negatives to size. Camera-ready material accepted. Provide photocopy of ad with insertion orders. Special sets of materials are required for ads scheduled to run in multiple publications.
    Color: Color proofs are required for color ads. Film separations require color key, chromalin or matched print. Any color ads scheduled to appear simultaneously in two (2) or more publications require a set of film separations for each publication.
    Digital Files: Digital files are accepted. Hard copy proofs are required for all digital ads. A high resolution pdf file with all fonts embedded is acceptable. Color proofs are required for color ads submitted digitally. Please email adnet@faseb.org for file specifications.
    Electronic Transfers: Internet-FTP or E-mail attachment. Contact AdNet for access and posting details adnet{at}faseb.org or call 301-634-7117. Remember to send a hard copy of the ad.
    Disposition of Reproduction Material: Print materials and electronic files destroyed after one year.
